What does the caller pay?

Your callers don't pay anything more than they would normally pay for dialing your Optus mobile number. Our service is transparent to them, as you are using our service as a bridge. They simply dial your current Optus wireless number - which you, in turn, will be forwarding to our virtual number.

What does the account holder pay?

You'll pay any associated charges (if any) from Optus to forward the calls to the Australia virtual number that you purchase from us.  You will also pay the rate of forwarding the call from your Australia virtual number to your destination telephone number outside of Australia. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select.
