What does the caller pay?

Your callers in China incur no charges for dialing a China toll free number. The call is toll free from any fixed land line across China.

If you purchase a China 400 number, your callers in China will incur whatever local charges their telecom provider assesses for making dialing the China 400 number (which is generally a minimal charge). Callers outside China are assessed whatever IDD charges apply for making an international call to China.

What does the account holder pay?

As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your China number to your "ring to" telephone number wherever in the world you are located. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select. Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line or a mobile phone, and you may change it to another number anywhere else in the world via online account management.
