What does the caller pay?
Your callers in China are responsible for any charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing the virtual number. If your caller is dialing the virtual number from outside China, he/she will incur whatever IDD charges their long distance provider assesses for making an international call to Ireland.
If you opt instead for getting a China ITFS toll free number, the caller pays nothing since this call is toll free from anywhere in China.
