What does the caller pay?
Your callers don't pay anything more than they would normally pay for dialing your Singtel number. Our service is transparent to them, as you are using our service as a bridge. They simply dial your current Singtel number - which you, in turn, will be forwarding to our virtual number.
What does the account holder pay?
You'll pay any associated charges (if any) from Singtel to forward the calls to the Singapore virtual number. You will also pay the rate of forwarding the call from your Singapore virtual number to your destination telephone number outside of Singapore. Your rate depends on the plan (i.e., Basic, Value, Power, Premium or Enterprise) that you select.
